Our requirements:

• Quick understanding of customer needs
• Good communication skills
• Enthousiasm, diplomacy and being an active listerner
• Minimum college-level academic training in computer science
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with WordPress
• Good knowledge of the terms related to the WordPress ecosystem and the web in general (themes, plugins, APIs, …)
• Great rigor
• Excellent written and spoken French.
• Functional Written and Spoken English.

Assets:

• Experience working in technology or web integration
• Customer Service Experience
