This policy outlines in a simple and direct way how SatelliteWP protects your personal information.

We limit collection to data strictly necessary for the following purposes:

  • Newsletter subscription: Email address to send you our news. You can unsubscribe and withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Business data: Billing information, website data, login credentials, and delivery information necessary for managing your account and fulfilling our contracts.
  • Usage data: IP address and browsing data collected automatically to analyze traffic and optimize our site using technologies that include identification or profiling functions.

2. Cookies

Our own servers are located in Canada. The use of third-party services may involve the transfer and processing of some of your personal information (including your IP address or browsing data) to the United States.

Before transferring this data outside Quebec or outside the European Union, we conduct a privacy impact assessment (PIA) to validate that the data benefits from adequate protection.

If our response does not give you complete satisfaction, you can file an appeal with the competent supervisory authorities:

  • In Quebec: You can submit a request for review of disagreement directly with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
  • In the European Union: You have the right to file a complaint with the independent supervisory authority of the European country in which you reside.
