Industry-recognized experts

Our expertise is recognized by leaders in the WordPress community.

What are the steps to
starting a maintenance plan?

01

System Connections

Once we receive your credentials, your WordPress website is added to our maintenance systems. It’s a start!

02

Health Assessment

A WordPress expert performs a health assessment of your website, followed by a phone call explaining our recommendations.

03

Software Updates

Your website receives the necessary attention as we apply any fixes and recommendations identified during the health assessment.

04

Ongoing Maintenance

That’s it! Your website is now up to date and can benefit from all the maintenance tasks associated with the plan you’ve chosen.

What does the health assessment consist of
when I purchase a maintenance plan?

  • In-Depth Review

Our systems collect technical data about your domain name, web hosting, and WordPress website. Then, the complete data analysis is performed by one of our experts, based on our expertise of more than 15 years in web hosting and WordPress.

  • Colored Chips

A simple-to-follow system of colored chips is used for all the areas reviewed in the Health Assessment. Each chip provides a quick understanding of the criticality and speed with which each aspect must be dealt with in order to improve your website.

  • Recommendations

For each of the elements contained in the Health Assessment, if we deem that an adjustment would be desirable, we will issue a recommendation. These are simple to understand and you may fix them yourself or mandate us to do the work.

  • Report presentation

Once the health report has been submitted, it belongs to you and you can share it with your team and colleagues. An explanatory call is then scheduled to present it to you, discuss in more detail your successes and our recommendations, and answer your questions!

Any questions on how we work?

Here’s what we get asked the most often!

We accept payments by credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Since maintenance packages renew automatically, this is the preferred payment method to ensure the continuity of your service.

Certainly! Your business is evolving and so should your maintenance plan. If you have a monthly plan, your changes will be effective the following month. If you have an annual plan, the change will be effective upon your renewal.

If your organization has recognized non-profit status, you may be eligible for a 10% discount on any maintenance package purchased annually. Contact us for more details.

Yes. Upon cancellation of your maintenance plan, we will disable our automated maintenance systems and erase your data from our systems. Your safety is very important to us… even if you terminate your agreement.

Please note that we do not refund unused time from your plan. We do not hand over a backup copy of your site when cancelling a plan.

For all sorts of reasons, it’s possible for an issue to occur as the result of an update.

In this case, we’ll be able to restore your website to the most recent version available in your backups before the issue occured and we’ll notify you (if your site allows it).

Otherwise, we’ll be happy to investigate and correct the issue using the most effective solution. A cost estimate will be provided to you before the work begins.

Yes. Development will be done on a copy of your site (so as not to affect your online site) and, once your approval is received, the changes will be propagated to your website.

We will keep a history of the changes made and they will be documented in your website’s dossier in our systems.

No. We believe that this is a field in its own right that must be managed by experts who will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

On the other hand, we’ll be happy to suggest web hosting providers who will be able to offer you quality services, according to your business and technical requirements.

Yes, under certain conditions:

1) You must have a valid license for the plugin in question;

2) Updates should be accessible directly through your dashboard, using WordPress native methods.

If these conditions are not met, additional charges may apply.
